Caitlin Clark EXPLODES on CORRUPT Refs After Sophie Cunningham ATTACK – Fever DESTROY Storm!
This has gotten way past the point of “mistakes”. These fouls that are right in front of a “referee” are so obvious that it can only lead fans to believe that it is orchestrated.
It is so clear that it is pay back for Sophie’s criticism of the officiating. Paige and “Britany” are dealt with differently and again, obvious biased officiating. They are ruining any advancement that the “W” has garnered.
Caitlin Clark Loses Spot in Fever Franchise History on Sunday
Caitlin Clark sat out for a seventh straight game on Sunday as the reigning WNBA Rookie of the Year continues to nurse a right groin injury.
The Fever, however, still managed to secure a win without their floor general. This came in the form of an impressive 78-74 victory against the Seattle Storm, marking Indiana’s fifth consecutive victory.
Aliyah Boston Steps Up for Indiana Fever
One of the standout performers from Sunday’s win was three-time All-Star Aliyah Boston, who went off for 16 points on 7-of-11 shooting, to go along with 12 rebounds, two assists, three steals and a block in 31 minutes of action.
This was Boston’s sixth straight double-double, allowing her to surpass Clark for the franchise record for most consecutive double-doubles.
This speaks volumes about how consistent Boston has been of late, particularly with Clark watching from the bench. It comes as no coincidence that Indiana has won five straight amid Boston’s incredible double-double streak.
Natasha Howard, Sophie Cunningham Also Come Through
It wasn’t just Boston who came up big for the Fever in this one, though. Commissioner’s Cup Final MVP Natasha Howard dropped 21 points on a highly efficient 10-of-12 shooting, along with five rebounds and five assists.
Sophie Cunningham also caught fire on Sunday, knocking down five of her six attempts from the floor for 17 points, four triples, five boards and two assists in a team-high 33 minutes of action.
Kelsey Mitchell, however, struggled with her shot against the Storm, going just 3-of-16 for nine points.
Still No Timetable for Clark
Fever head coach Stephanie White spoke to reporters before the game, and she revealed that the team is continuing to take a very cautious approach in terms of Clark’s injury. White admitted that she still does not know how far along they are in Clark’s road to recovery, which suggests that she isn’t close to returning.

This likely means that Clark will sit out again on Tuesday against the Los Angeles Sparks as the Fever travel to Crypto.com Arena to play in the third matchup out of their current four-game road trip.
The good news for Indiana is that it has been performing well even without Clark of late. Boston and Co. will need to continue holding down the fort with their cornerstone superstar sidelined as they look to improve on their current 17-12 standing.
