Caitlin Clark quickly brought Indiana Fever teammate Lexie Hull back down to earth after she claimed to smell great all day due to her partnership with Salt & Stone deodorant.
Hull has apparently secured a deal with the brand and took to TikTok to promote it this week, claiming that, since she started using the deo, she smells just as good at the end of practice as she does at the beginning.

“Say hello to my new favorite deodorant! @SALT & STONE has the perfect Bergamot scent, keeping me fresh all day. Have you tried it yet? #saltandstonepartner,” she captioned the clip.

Clark was among the people in the comments and called her teammate out for lying.
“No you don’t 😂 you smell awful,” she wrote.
“Girl she’s just trying to get her bag 😭,” another user pointed out.
“You messin with her bag lmao,” another laughed.
“Smh … I’ve had obnoxious friends just like this 😵,” someone else claimed once a screenshot made it to X.
Caitlin Clark’s Pretend Insult Might Work In Lexie Hull’s Favor

With friends like Caitlin Clark, who needs enemies?
Still, Lexie Hull might actually come off better for this. Clark’s comment, though insulting, has opened her ad up to eyes who may not have seen it otherwise.
Meanwhile, the former Iowa star remains sidelined with a groin injury. She’s missed 15 of Indiana’s 27 games this season and will sit out this Friday’s game against the Dallas Wings.
The team has been winning games without Clark in the lineup, leaving them even more inclined to keep her out as they take the cautious route.
According to ESPN’s Holly Rowe, the Fever will not repeat the mistake of rushing her back this time around, as they previously didn’t allow her to get back to her rhythm in practice after her first groin issue.
