Once a player hits her professional stage, endorsements start to fall from the sky and that is exactly what has happened with WNBA star Angel Reese. The Chicago Sky star had a great deal with Reebok and she has debuted a pair of tennis against the Indiana Fever.
The new shoes are called Engine A, the newest basketball shoe that will hit the market in 2025 but Angel has already used them on the court against Caitlin Clark. Reebok headlines the first new basketball sneaker in more than a decade.
The company looks to re-launch its performance basketball category in 2025 and beyond after many decades of being the leader in sports clothing by having contracts with the NBA and even the NFL.
There is more to it than shoes
Angel Reese’s deal with Reebok brings her a full category of clothing for her and the public, as she has also launched a collaboration with the brand to help dress the women of sports.
In a recent post from Reebok’s social media accounts, many images can be seen of Angel Reese modeling sporting tops, shorts, shirts and tennis shoes as part of the clothing line that will be available for the public.
“Unapologetically Angel” reads a post in which Angel is wearing a shiny two piece outfit, while in another she has on a white light jacket over a one piece suit on the same color, as he looks very stylish with these clothes from Reebok.
