Caitlin Clark has made it no secret—she’s a full-fledged Swiftie. From attending multiple Eras Tour concerts to jamming out to Swift’s music with her teammates, the Indiana Fever standout has embraced the Swiftie lifestyle.
She even turned her mom into a fan, admitting, “She was begging me to take her.” And that was how the 23-year-old Iowa native tuned into every historic event featuring Swift. But despite Clark’s admiration for the pop star, there’s one thing about the Eras Tour that left the phenom a little dissatisfied.
Every time Clark attends a concert, she revels in the joy and camaraderie. But there’s always a little frustration with one part of the experience. “The traffic was the only bad part,” Clark admitted. She laughed it off, adding, “It was overall just a really great experience, and we’ll welcome Taylor back as many times as she wants.”
Indianapolis was the final US Eras Tour stop for the global pop icon. And the reception couldn’t have been better. Reports show a combined total of 207,000 fans made it to the Lucas Oil Stadium across three days. Clark attended two of those, and the crowd was of 96,000 each night. It was record record-breaking evening for the state. So you can imagine the traffic.
But given the overwhelming response, we might have Swift back in Indy, answering Clark’s wishes. For now, the 2024 ROTY star make does with a good bond, an inspiring note, and a possibility of seeing her at one of Indiana Fever games.
After attending the Eras Tour, Clark was invited by Swift to sit alongside her in a box at Arrowhead Stadium to watch the Kansas City Chiefs play against the Houston Texans. It was a dream come true for Clark. She had been highly anticipating witnessing the Chiefs play, and when it transpired, she couldn’t have asked for a better turnout.

Caitlin Clark and Taylor Swift: Is this the ultimate fan-celebrity friendship we all dream of?
Have an interesting take?
The Lover singer had, as per Clark, invited her to the game, knowing she was a Chiefs enthusiast. Swift had also gifted the 23-year-old four bags of tour merchandise, including a note that said she was “inspiring to watch from afar.” Only seems to add to the love CC has for her.
“Taylor’s obviously amazing,” Clark adds. “If you’ve ever been to a Taylor Swift concert, it takes away everything that’s going on in the real world. You’re in this arena having fun, and you don’t know all these people here, but you feel like you’re friends.” We believe that from the ‘hand filled in friendship bracelets’ pic she shared from her day two at the Eras tour. Those are some heartwarming moments and we are likely to get more of them soon.
More Taylor Swift and Caitlin Clark moments soon?
The Kansas City Chiefs have made it to the Super Bowl again and how could two of the biggest fans miss out? Taylor Swift is already expected to make it to the game, but there has been no word yet from Clark. But given the Chiefs fan she is, the off-season still persisting, and the bonds she has built with both Swift and Travis Kelcee, it wouldn’t be a surprise if she shows up.
“Aw, man. She’s unbelievable,” Kelce says. “It’s been so cool to see her at Taylor’s concert, and then her coming out to a Chiefs game and hang out with us…I just have nothing but great things to say about who she is as a person… She was so kind to my family and everyone in the suite when she came to K.C. So, huge fans of Caitlin Clark in my family and friend group.”
Swift and CC had chatted away like bestfriends when we met at the Chiefs game. The Fever star even admitted the two “had so much fun.” Getting to share a fan’s excitement with the singer, Clark could only love the moment as much. “I’m like, ‘Oh my God, I love this!’” she exclaims. So we aren’t ruling out the possibility of spotting the two together soon. Moreover, CC’s interview with the TIME magazine also revealed that Taylor Swift was excited to attend a Fever game with Travis Kelce. The two are huge admirers of the 23-year-old, so expect another crossover soon.
