Caitlin Clark’s boyfriend, Connor McCaffrey, celebrated her 23rd birthday with a heartwarming Instagram post about the Indiana Fever star.
McCaffrey poignantly mentioned how the couple were able to celebrate together this time around, given that previously Clark’s commitments to college basketball with Iowa meant she was often busy for her big day.
‘Happy 23rd CC,’ McCaffrey wrote with a heart emoji on Wednesday. ‘Finally we’re celebrating together this year!
‘You have an incredible ability to inspire and life up those around you, and I am lucky to learn from you every day. Thank you for always being you, I love you.’
Clark herself commented underneath saying: ‘Awh, I love you.’
Clark spent at least some of her birthday at practice for the Indiana Fever, even though the season is still months away from starting.

Caitlin Clark’s boyfriend posted a heartwarming happy birthday message to her this week

WNBA and Indiana Fever star Clark has been dating Connor McCaffrey since 2023

McCaffrey said that it was the first time they have been able to celebrate her birthday together
Her team shared a video of them singing happy birthday to her at the practice facility, as well as another sensational video showing how Clark has lost none of her sharpness during her time off.
As part of a birthday challenge, Clark was filmed converting 50 out of 54 shots from the three-point range.
At the weekend, Clark’s birthday appeared to come early as she sat next to her idol Taylor Swift to watch the Kansas City Chiefs – the NFL team she supports – beat the Houston Texans in the NFL playoffs.
Clark and Swift endured a whirlwind of emotions as the Chiefs beat the Texans 23-14, with Travis Kelce scoring a touchdown in the fourth quarter to secure the victory.
This weekend, the Chiefs are back at Arrowhead to face the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship game, with winner advancing to the Super Bowl in New Orleans on Feb. 9.
It is unknown if Clark will be back in Kansas City for Sunday’s showdown but it’s hard to imagine that there is anywhere else she would prefer to be.
Clark and McCaffrey, a basketball coach for Butler University, are believed to have been dating since April 2023 but went official in August that year.
