Caitlin Clark isn’t finished with competing this year, she’s just switching from basketball to golf. The Indiana Fever star is getting ready to play in the LPGA Tour’s Annika Pro-Am again after enjoying it last year. Fans are excited to see her back, even if it’s on the golf course instead of the basketball court.
Clark confirmed she’ll play in the LPGA Tour’s pro-am at Pelican Golf Club in Belleair, Florida, from November 12 to 16. Hosted by golf legend Annika Sorenstam, the event wraps up the LPGA’s regular season with a $3.25 million prize.
“I had an amazing time at The Annika last November and participating in the pro-am alongside Nelly Korda and Annika Sorenstam, two of the best in the game,” Clark said in a statement.
“I’m honored to be an ambassador for a company in Gainbridge that is so committed to elevating women’s sports. I can’t wait to return to Tampa in November to play in the Pro-Am with the best women golfers in the world.”
Clark Back In The Game, Just A Different One

Clark’s WNBA season ended earlier than she wanted. A groin injury on July 15 sidelined her after just 13 games, cutting short a promising second year. The Fever had just found their rhythm, winning three straight before their star went down. Still, Indiana finished 24-20 and made the postseason without her.
Even from the bench, Clark was phenomenal. She got 16.5 points, 8.8 assists, 5 rebounds, and 1.6 steals per game, earning her second straight All-Star selection.
Annika Sorenstam, who hosts the event, is just as excited for Clark’s return. “It was an honor to play in the pro-am with Caitlin last year,” Sorenstam said. “The crowds were amazing, and we are excited for her return to The Annika in November. She added such a great dynamic to our event, and her passion for golf and competitiveness were fun to witness firsthand.”
For Clark, this is about more than just competing. It’s about having fun and her priorities of getting engaged in something that makes sense.
