Chloe Kitts is a standout player for the South Carolina Gamecocks, assumed to anchor their paint as they look to defend their NCAA championship title this season. Recruited as the 17th-best player in the nation, she posted 10 points and seven rebounds in her debut. In the Gamecocks’ championship game, she posted a double-double in her first seven minutes, helping the program to its third title.

Chloe Kitts also has international experience. She represented Team USA in the U18 FIBA Americas Championships (2022) and the U19 FIBA World Cup (2023), being instrumental in both gold medal runs.
However, as unique as the 6-foot-2 forward’s talent is, she is not the only hooper in her family.
Who is Chloe Kitts’ sister Kylee?
Kylee Kitts is a freshman guard for the Florida Gators, known for her versatile game. She led the Faith Christian Academy to their first Florida High School Athletic Association state championship in her sophomore year. She scored 10 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks in the title game.
The 6-foot-4 guard then transferred to Hagerty High last season, where she was projected to be a top 25 player in the 2025 class. However, she reclassified to the 2024 class, landing in her home-state university.
Coach Kelly Finley pursued Kylee Kitts because of her leadership skills, basketball IQ, athleticism and versatility which she believes is a culture fit for the Gators. Within months of joining the team, Chloe Kitts’ sister showcased improvement in her strength, speed, and physicality.
“She’s getting stronger, more physical,” Finley said via YahooSports.com. “The speed of the game, she can stretch the floor, play inside and outside.”
Currently, Kylee Kitts’ status for the season is uncertain. She has yet to appear on the floor for Florida’s games and did not wear a team uniform in one of the games. Fans continue to await Finley’s comments on the freshman’s availability and health.
There is also a possibility that the guard has sustained an injury in practice as her name was listed on On3’s women’s college basketball injury report from Nov. 11.
