Priscilla Presley Responds to Claims That Riley Keough Donated Eggs to John Travolta and Kelly Preston

Priscilla Presley’s attorney has strongly denied allegations that her granddaughter, actress Riley Keough, donated her eggs to John Travolta and his late wife Kelly Preston, resulting in the birth of their son, Benjamin “Ben” Travolta, in 2010.

The claims were made by Priscilla Presley’s former associates, Bridget Cross and Kevin Fialo, in an amended complaint filed on December 16 in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles. The lawsuit is part of an ongoing legal dispute involving Navarone Garibaldi, Priscilla Presley’s son with Marco Garibaldi.

According to the filing, Michael Lockwood—Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband—allegedly claimed that Kelly Preston was unable to conceive and that John Travolta had previously attempted to use Lisa Marie Presley’s eggs, though no child was said to have resulted from that effort. Lockwood further alleged that Travolta and Preston later approached the Presley family around 2010 seeking an egg donor, but did not want Lisa Marie’s eggs due to her past struggles with addiction.

The complaint alleges that an agreement was reached in which Riley Keough, Lisa Marie Presley’s daughter, would donate her eggs. It further claims Lockwood provided a photograph of Riley with Ben Travolta at John Travolta’s home in Maine and alleged that Riley was compensated with an old Jaguar and between $10,000 and $20,000.

The document also alleges internal family conflict, claiming that Lockwood sought to use the information to secure a settlement for himself and his daughters, Finley and Harper Lockwood, while Navarone Garibaldi allegedly demanded that the matter be kept out of the press and pushed for a multimillion-dollar settlement.

Lisa Marie Presley died in 2023, and Cross and Fialo claim they were attempting to manage ongoing disputes among Presley family members related to claims against her estate.

In response, Priscilla Presley’s attorney, Marty Singer, issued a statement to Access Hollywood forcefully rejecting the allegations. The statement accused Cross, Fialo, and their associates of attempting to deflect from their legal liability to Presley by making sensational and irrelevant claims.

“These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case,” the statement read, adding that the conduct of Cross, Fialo, and their legal team was “shameful” and would be addressed in court.

Cross and Fialo’s legal team responded by saying they were “heartbroken” to have filed the amended complaint and denied that their allegations crossed ethical lines, calling Presley’s response an attempt to distort the facts.
