For the residents of Sea Isle City, seeing Eagles Legend Jason Kelce around town each summer is nothing new. This is because the retired Eagles Center has been vacationing in South Jersey for so many years, that he purchased his own Shore Home in Sea Isle City.

Both year-round residents and frequent visitors to Sea Isle City are familiar with Jason Kelce and his family being seen around town.  Whether he is waiting in line to eat at Mike’s Seafood on the bay, having drinks at “The OD” Bar on Landis Avenue, or spending time on the beach with his kids, Kelce is a man around town.

Located in New Jersey’s southernmost county, Sea Isle City is one of several shore towns in Cape May County.  Despite being one of the few Coastal Communities in New Jersey with a concrete promenade “Boardwalk” instead of a wooden Boardwalk, Sea Isle City has been rated one of the Top Rated Family-Friendly South Jersey Towns.

Depending on where your house is in town, most people can walk or ride their bike almost everywhere they need to go in Sea Isle City.  With an ACME Supermarket and CVS Pharmacy off 63rd Street along with multiple playgrounds, basketball, and pickleball courts around town, it is no surprise that Sea Isle City is rated one of the Ten Best Places to Live in Cape May County.

Sea Isle City seems like a perfect town for a guy like Jason Kelce to have a beach house in.  Anyone who has listened to the Kelce Brothers’ New Heights Show Podcast or seen the Eagles Former Center at fundraiser events, Jason is a real “Man of the People”.  Sea Isle City is more laid back and less chaotic than other South Jersey Shore Towns such as Ocean City or The Wildwoods.

Ever since Jason Kelce made his emotional retirement announcement, the former Eagles Center has embraced the post-football life. Having grown up in Ohio and playing College Football at the University of Cincinnati, some would think Jason Kelce would spend his post-career years back at home, but he has chosen to live in New Jersey.

Thanks to his wife Kylie growing up in the Suburban Philadelphia area and playing his entire NFL career for the Eagles, Jason Kelce has now planted his life here in Eagles Country. After vacationing in Sea Isle City for years, the Kelces have purchased a Beach House in South Jersey. Makes sense considering Sea Isle City is one of the 50 Best Places to Retire in New Jersey and one of the best towns to live in Cape May County.

This three level property was totally renovated in 2017. With two garages and large driveway, there’s plenty of space for multiple vehicles to be parked along with use the first floor for some storage.

Connected to both the Living Room, Dining Area, and one of the bedrooms, a great spot to hangout and watch the sunrise.

Set on the second floor of the Beach House, the spacious living room had multiple windows that look out to a covered porch and Sea Isle City’s walking Promenade.

Yes there is a second family room type area on the third floor facing the open deck. For those nights when the kids are in bed and the adults want some time upstairs but not confined to the master bedroom.

My favorite part of this Beach House is having a third floor open deck facing the beach. I would be drinking my coffee in the morning on this deck.

I know Jason Kelce is a “simple guy” but these is the most basic laundry room I have ever seen in a house owned by someone in the Kelce’s income bracket. Hopefully they plan to replace these relics at some point
