Cameron Brink Had Four-Word Response to Caitlin Clark Post
Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark had arguably the best rookie season the WNBA has seen.
On Wednesday, the former Iowa Hawkeyes star celebrated her first professional season with an Instagram post that included three photos.
“Year one,” Clark captioned her post with a checkmark emoji. “Thank you to the many people who have supported me as I’ve been able to live my childhood dream. I’m filled with gratitude as I reflect on this past year of my life. See you all in year two.”
Many players commented on Clark’s post, including Kate Martin, Aliyah Boston and Kelsey Mitchell. Los Angeles Sparks rookie forward Cameron Brink, who recently became engaged to her college boyfriend, Ben Felter, also commented.
“So proud of you!” Brink said with three heart emojis.

Brink was among the more popular rookies in the league, but the former Stanford Cardinal star’s season ended after 15 games because of a torn ACL.
Brink ended her season averaging 7.5 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.3 blocks. Had she played the entire season and posted those numbers, Brink would have been tied for second in blocks per game.
With Brink and forward Rickea Jackson, the future is promising for the Sparks who finished with the league’s worst record this season. As a result, they have the best odds to land the 2025 No. 1 pick, which is projected to be UConn Huskies star guard Paige Bueckers. If Los Angeles lands the top pick and selects Bueckers, the star trio would be trouble for the rest of the league.
Many players commented on Clark’s post, including Kate Martin, Aliyah Boston and Kelsey Mitchell. Los Angeles Sparks rookie forward Cameron Brink, who recently became engaged to her college boyfriend, Ben Felter, also commented.
