This past weekend, Caitlin Clark made her WNBA All-Star Game debut in a matchup between Team WNBA and Team USA in Phoenix.

Clark helped lead Team WNBA to victory with a rookie-record 10 assists, continuing her streak of incredible passing records.

Clark is on track to set the all-time, single-season rookie record for total assists, a record currently held by four-time WNBA All-Star Ticha Penicheiro.

Penicheiro set the record as a rookie for the Sacramento Monarchs in 1998, dropping 225 dimes in her debut campaign. Clark has 213 at the midway point of her rookie season with the Indiana Fever.

“First WNBA All-Star,” Clark wrote as the caption to her recent Instagram post.

“First of many!!” Penicheiro replied in the comments.

Clark set the all-time, single-game assist record in the Fever’s final regular-season game before the WNBA’s month-long midseason break, dropping 19 dimes in a loss to the Dallas Wings. Clark leads the league in assists with 8.2 per game.

Team WNBA teammates Caitlin Clark (22), center, forward Aliyah Boston (7), right, and center Jonquel Jones (35) take on Team USA during the WNBA All-Star Game at Footprint Center in Phoenix on Saturday, July 20, 2024.
