Chennedy Carter keeps her ‘sexy form’ intact with self-assured message amid health protocol concerns.
Chennedy Carter remains upbeat despite being ruled out for Wednesday’s game between her Chicago Sky and the Washington Mystics. The veteran guard is one of the best players on the team this season and will be out tonight due to health protocols.

It is unclear what illness she’s suffering from but Carter’s social media activity suggests she’s doing fine. She shared a picture of herself on her Instagram story using a Lil Baby song called ’24’ to hype up her shooting form.
“ngl [which stands for ‘not gonna lie’], my form isss sexxxxy,” she captioned the post, alongside a heart-eyed emoji.

There’s no doubt about the impact Carter has made on the Sky and her absence could be big for the team on Wednesday. Based on the standings, the Mystics are a much weaker team than the Sky, but without Carter on the court, the job will be harder for Angel Reese, Kamilla Cardoso and the rest of the team if they’re all healthy to play.
Chennedy Carter has played 28 games this season, averaging 17.2 points (50% from the field and 74.5% from the free-throw line), 3.3 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game. After an uncertain start to the season, she fought hard and became more important for Theresa Weatherspoon and the rest of the Sky.
Week after week, she demonstrated her talent, becoming a key member of the squad and securing her spot for the rest of the season. With the Sky in a three-game skid, losing Carter isn’t the best news especially knowing they’ll host the Indiana Fever on Friday and will visit two of the top teams in the WNBA next — the Minnesota Lynx and Las Vegas Aces.
Chennedy Carter, Chicago Sky are going through concerning health situation
The alarms went off as they were scheduled to face the Mystics even though he said they would have enough players available.
Annie Costabile of the Chicago Sun-Times reported on Wednesday that Angel Reese, Teresa Weatherspoon and other members of the team were wearing masks during their morning shootaround.
It’s good news that Angel Reese is not infected by this mysterious disease and if nothing extraordinary happens, she will take the court on Wednesday night.
