Simone Biles ‘Obsessed’ With Baby Biles While Jonathan Owens Takes New Role To Help Make Her Gymnastics Competition a Success

It’s that time of the year again! From January 31 to February 2, 2025, expect to see a lot more of Simone Biles in the gym. Yes, she’ll be on her toes, although not for training this time, but because she’s in the thick of preparations. After all, the Simone Biles Invitational has returned to the World Championships Center this season. However, even amidst that chaos, Biles has managed to find her calm! And we see how that puts a great smile on her face!

After wrapping up everything, the Paris Olympics, the Gold Over America Tour, and Jonathan Owens’ NFL season, Simone Biles has finally come down home, to Houston, for a generous stretch. But, she’s still not retreated into rest mode. Instead, she’s making the most of her time, and her latest actions prove it. After all, she has multiple things in the pipeline like finalizing details on her new house and, of course, hosting the 8th annual Simone Biles Invitational.

Thus, in a recent string of Instagram stories, Simone Biles showed a glimpse of the supporters from her family who had turned up to volunteer at the Simone Biles Invitational, 2025. She shared a small snippet of a row of people including her husband, Jonathan Owens seated and volunteering at the meet. And guess what? All of her tribe members were donning custom-made Simone Biles Invitational t-shirts.

No wonder Biles captioned the story, “family that volunteers your competition [cry & heart emoji].” Well, this hardly surprises us as we’ve seen Owens be Simone Biles’ rock all through. From flying to Paris just to boost her morale at the Olympics or removing time from his busy NFL schedule, he’s changed for the better. But while his presence at the Invitational marked such a supportive moment, the most adorable feature was yet to come.

Yes, the real scene-stealer? Baby Biles! Little Ronni made an appearance at the World Champions Centre too, rocking a ‘WCC’ embellished jacket. And it was so cute that the 28-year-old gymnast had to flaunt it! Thus, she snapped some pics and shared them on social media, adding the sweetest captions: “miss girl is soooo cute” and “ms. ronni biles.” She also swooned over the fact that “baby sized stuff just looks so much cuter! I’m obsessed.”

Well, clearly, Ronni’s aunt is just as obsessed with her as the baby is about her ‘TT.’ And trust us when we say the latter. No wonder Baby Biles wore a leotard that was identical to Simone Biles’ winning leo from the U.S. Gymnastics Championships 2023 on day one of the Invitational meet this year. And now, she’s worn a ‘WCC’ themed jacket. One can say that the kid’s inclination for gymnastics is as clear as her support for anything that her TT does, is.

Yet, it wasn’t Ronni but another special 3-year-old kid who pleasantly surprised Simone Biles recently.

On the first day of the meet, Biles shared an adorable clip of her 3-year-old fan, Sloan, who was dialing Biles on her toy phone. She was saying, “I have a balance beam for Christmas, Sibone Miles. What? You’ve a balance beam for Christmas. Awww..” The little one looked absolutely obsessed with Biles!

In fact, even the veteran gymnast found it amazing to unite with the toddler. No wonder Simone Biles captioned her story, “My heart [emoji] I got to meet sweet Sloan today!!!! she did her sassy [emoji] pose w/me! so adorable!
