Where an average athlete in the NFL doesn’t stay past the age of 30, Travis Kelce will turn 35 next month. His contract with the Chiefs will run through 2027, and the TE seems excited about it.

Travis Kelce is not giving up so soon

In the 2023 season, Kelce supported his team in 16 matches and managed to score a total of 9 touchdowns. This was a phenomenal feat that showed the fanbase what he is capable of. His rivals should fear him more because the pride of the Kansas City Chiefs won’t stop anytime soon.

While talking to ESPN, Travis Kelce said, “I’m excited. I get to play another year of football [with a] fresh slate. Get to kind of prove to ourselves and Chiefs Kingdom that we’re one of the top dogs, and we can play at a high level.”

Kelce doesn’t wish to disappoint the Chiefs Kingdom with their incredible 11-6 record from last season. He seems to be taking care of himself so far to bring yet another Super Bowl to Kansas. His career might end in 2027 because the footballer will be 37 by that time.
