Fans all say the same thing after Angel Reese endorses 1,200-calorie McDonald’s meal
WNBA star Angel Reese has signed a deal with beloved fast-food brand McDonald’s, creating her own signature meal which contains 1,200 calories.
The Angel Reese special features a BBQ Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese, which is one of McDonald’s signature sandwiches, featuring a new Bold BBQ Sauce, fries and a drink.
Reese’s fans were quick to all say the same thing about her partnership with McDonald’s, that the popular chain should have given her burger a different name.
Reese is the first female athlete to have a national meal deal with one of the largest fast-food chains in the country.
It marks another accomplishment for the Chicago Sky star as she is at the forefront in the rise in popularity of women’s basketball. +Reese, alongside rival Caitlin Clark, have taken women’s basketball to a higher level of interest over the last two years.
