Sam Bennett unloads on his haters during Stanley Cup parade.
Sam Bennett goes off on the mic and calls out all his critics on Sunday.
The Florida Panthers are celebrating their most recent Stanley Cup championship with their very own Stanley Cup parade on Sunday and as a part of the event we got to hear from several of the players who may or may not have been at different stages of inebreiation.

One player who took the microphone that I believe will be getting a lot of attention is Panthers star forward Sam Bennett, who went out of his way to call out his critics and his haters once he got the chance to do so on Sunday.
Bennett got up on the stage and began by feigning an apology before pulling the rug on everyone and making it clear he had no intention of apologizing at all.
“A lot of people they don’t like the way we play,” said Bennett. “They call us dirty, they call us nasty, the call us bullies. So I would like to take this time to apologize to absolutely f***ing no one. We are the double champs we do what the f*** we want, let’s go!”
You can see the clip of Bennett going off on the microphone just below:
Unfortunately I can only give Bennett partial points for this inspired rant against his haters, because it was a rant that he very clearly borrowed from another double champion, albeit in a different sport.
Bennett’s rant was clearly inspired by former Ultimate Fighting Championship champion Conor McGregor, who a few years ago basically delivered the exact same line that Bennett delivered today.
I suspect that Bennett is a fan of McGregor’s and chose to go with his infamous rant on Sunday as a result of that. You can see the relevant portion of the original rant in the short clip below:
