After previously playing for Georgia and Florida, Jalen Kimber is ready to take the next step at Penn State, and he surely made his name trend with just one play.

On Saturday, the Penn State Nittany Lions football had little trouble on the road as they defeated West Virginia, 34-12, at Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium.

Penn State cornerback Jalen Kimber made several plays in the game, but the one he is most remembered for was when he had a pass deflection.

As Jalen Kimber broke up the pass near the out-of-bounds area, he quickly got up to celebrate by yelling, “F–k no, ni–a.”

Unfortunately, he yelled that expletive right near a hot mic that picked it up on the broadcast.

Yikes.

Jalen Kimber is unlikely to face any backlash since he is African-American.

In the game against West Virginia, Kimber racked up three total tackles and one pass deflection.

The Penn State defense did not surrender a touchdown on the day, as the Mountaineers could only muster up four field goals.

Big Things Are Expected Out of Jalen Kimber After Transfering To Penn State

Penn State landed a coveted talent via the transfer portal when former Georgia Bulldog cornerback AJ Harris brought his talents to the team.

However, not many people mentioned the fact that another cornerback who came through the transfer portal is expected to do big things.

Jalen Kimber is his name, and he will not only provide a good veteran presence for the Penn State secondary school but also have the opportunity to be a factor with his athleticism.

The Florida transfer racked up a total of 23 tackles and five pass deflections for the Gators in 2023, per his stats on ESPN.
