Caitlin Clark Tweets Perfect Reaction To Teammate’s Big Game Sunday
Caitlin Clark is the Indiana Fever’s biggest star, but she’s not the only player they have capable of having a big night.
On Sunday, third-year guard Lexie Hull scored a career-high 22 points off the bench, hitting 6-of-7 three-pointers. Hull was one of three Fever players to break 20 points in a 92-75 win over the Seattle Storm, along with Clark (23 points) and Aliyah Boston (27 points).
Clark and Hull are not only teammates, but close friends off the court as well. During the WNBA’s Olympic break, they went on vacation together along with teammate Katie Lou Samuelson and their respective significant others.
Clark isn’t an overly active social media user, but she had a tremendous tweet following Hull’s monster performance.
“This is now a Lexie Hull fan account,” Clark wrote.

Today was Hull’s third game of the season with double-digit points, and the second time in her career she’s reached the 20-point mark.
Clark, meanwhile, missed another double-double by one assist, finishing with nine for the day. She’s leading the league in that category, and broke Ticha Penicheiro’s single-season assist record in the third quarter Sunday.
“Records are meant to be broken,” Penicheiro wrote on X/Twitter. “It shows growth and evolution. Can’t think of a better player to break it!! Congrats.”
Indiana has won its first two games of the second half, and at 13-15, remains in possession of a playoff spot with 12 regular season games remaining.
