One-time NBA champion Kevin Love had a shocking comment to say about Angel Reese unprovoked.
LeBron James’ former teammate recently reacted to the WNBA superstar sharing her life goals.
Recently, Reese opened up about her personal and professional goals. One of which had the Chicago Sky star stating her life dream of becoming a billionaire.
“I’m Going to Be a Basketball Player, Model,” Reese Wrote. “An influencer Business Woman, Fashion Girlie, Podcastor, Unapologetic, Take Care of My Family/friends, Set Records. Create History. Be the First, Set Trends. Win at Everything in Life, Etc.”
She Further Stated, “My Goal in Life is to Be a Billionaire & I Will Without a Doubt So Yes Ima Focus on It All Equally While Learning & Growing but Also Pulling Others Along.”
Love saw Angel Reese’s comment about being a billionaire, and instead of ignoring it and moving on, he decided to post a shocking comment about it.
Angel Reese’s Net Worth Amid ‘Billionaire’ Dream, Kevin Love Backlash Revealed
Chicago Sky star Angel Reese is trending recently after revealing her life goal to become a billionaire. The buzz around her only intensified after NBA champion Kevin Love appeared to troll her on social media for it.
Reese talked about her personal and professional goals in a post on her Instagram Stories, during which she also shared that her “goal in life” is to become a billionaire. She then expressed confidence that she “will without a doubt” achieve it.
After Uninterrupted shared her message on Instagram, however, Love commented on it and said that he’s “gonna go ahead and take the under.” While it seems the Miami Heat forward was simply trolling, his message drew backlash because he appeared to downplay Reese’s goal.
As the conversations about Reese’s billionaire dream continue, her current net worth has also been a subject of discussion.
According to previous reports, the WNBA All-Star has a net worth of $2 million. Considering her endorsement deals with candy brand Reese’s, financial platform Cash App, fast food giant McDonald’s and clothing and footwear makers Reebok, among many others, it’s not surprising to see her generate so much wealth early in her WNBA career.
It is worth noting that Reese’s WNBA salary is worth $324,000 over four years. It will pay her roughly $75,000 in her second year this 2025.
However, it should be noted that Reese has denied the reports about her net worth, claiming that it’s “way off,” per PEOPLE.
Whatever the case may be, one thing is clear: Reese is working hard to make generational wealth.
