Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark continues to dominate the WNBA, notching record after record. In an 89-84 loss to the Washington Mystics on Wednesday, Clark became the fastest rookie in WNBA history to record 20 blocks, per StatMamba.

Clark finished the game with 25 points, 13 assists, and five rebounds. She tied her season-high with three blocks in the matchup while producing five steals for the Fever.

The rookie out of Iowa has always been known for her offensive prowess, but she’s been showing defensive prowess. Clark has averaged 16.1 points, 7.4 assists, 6 rebounds, 1.4 steals, and 0.8 blocks per game.

Clark recently showed off her versatility, recording the first-ever triple-double by a rookie in WNBA history. In an 83-78 win over the New York Liberty, the point guard posted 19 points, 13 assists, and 12 rebounds. She’s now had 13 or more assists in three of the last six games and double-digit assists in five of the last six contests.

Despite the WNBA record and Clark having one of her best statistical games of the season, the Fever were unable to defeat Washington.

Indiana lies as the No. 4 team in the Eastern Conference standings and the No. 8 team in the WNBA rankings with a 9-14 record.
