If you want to date Angel Reese, you’ll have to be a man with a nice bank account.
The WNBA star is currently playing the inaugural seasons of the Unrivaled League, but she still finds time to do other things.
The former LSU Tigers star, who led the program to its first national championship in 2023, opened up about a bevy of topics during an interview with former NFL star Cam Newton on her “Unapologetically Angel” podcast.
The 22-year-old Maryland native has been in one public relationship, which happened back in college.
Angel Reese was dating Florida State men’s basketball player Cam’Ron Fletcher before they ended on bad terms. Since then, she has been making it known what type of man she wants going forward.
During Newton’s appearance, the two athletes discussed what type of man Reese would date.
The 22-year-old, who has a list of endorsement deals including Reebok, McDonald’s, and Reese’s, isn’t willing to date someone who doesn’t earn the type of money she does.

Reese did leave the door slightly open for it to happen.
“It depends.”
“I have a standard of what I live up to and how I live my life, and as long as you can meet up to that and meet up to my expectations, then yeah,” she said.
“Don’t be going out of your way and trying to buy me stuff you can’t afford. Like I said, know what you’re getting yourself into.”
“That’s like going in the store and buying a Louis Vuitton bag that’s $3,000, but you can’t buy it twice. So, like I said, know what you’re getting yourself into.”
Angel Reese Previously Revealed Relationship Goals
Much has been made about Chicago Sky rookie Angel Reese’s dating life ever since she was in college.
Reese was dating Florida State basketball player Cam’Ron Fletcher in early 2024, but she made it clear that she was single before her LSU Tigers squad played in that year’s NCAA Tournament.
Reese previously stated that she wanted her next man to be in the NBA and that he had to be 6’7″ or 6’8 ” tall.
Reese is 6’3″, so it is clear why she wants her next dude to be tall.
