In an Instagram Stories post, Reese shared a behind-the-scenes tidbit about her Vogue journey. The 22-year-old teased that her courtside appearance at the Chicago Bulls vs. Orlando Magic game in October held a secret.

“I wore this Vogue shirt literally the day after I shot my cover & no one knew,” she wrote alongside a photo of her outfit.

Although Reese had previously appeared in a Vogue feature in April 2024, this Winter 2025 issue marks her first time landing the magazine’s coveted cover. Speaking with the publication, Reese reflected on how basketball and fashion have been intertwined in her life since childhood.

“It’s always been both: basketball and fashion,” she shared. “I was always in my mom’s closet, trying on her clothes. I loved carrying a purse, having my hair done-I wanted to look put together. I still do.”
