It was my first time watching the WNBA because I had heard about CC.
I had never known who Reese or Wilson were before.
We’ll see how many people watch Angel after Caitlins gone.
It won’t be any more than before Caitlin entered the WNBA. Nobody watches for her Diva Basket Ball play.
There needs to be a rule change. Redefine the meaning of “Rebound”. Currently we see offensive rebounds is where the ball is recovered by the offensive side and does not change possession.
I would add that a missed shot recovered by the shooter is not counted as a rebound. Now it is like keeping a statistic for the number of dribbles by each player in each game.
I have watched or played basketball since the 1950s.
Not once have I seen players deliberately miss shots to add to their rebound count.
You win games by scoring more points then your opponent. Far as I am concerned Reese cares more about herself then her teammates.
