Diddy Allegedly Made Sex Worker Do Shocking Act in Cassie’s Mouth During ‘Freak Off’: ‘Felt Like She Was Choking’
Prosecutors allege that Sean “Diddy” Combs made a male sex worker urinate in Casandra “Cassie” Ventura’s mouth during a “freak off.”
Opening statements in Combs’ trial officially began on Monday, May 12.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson described one alleged incident during a “freak off,” in which Combs allegedly told the escort to urinate in Ventura’s mouth, after which she said she “felt like she was choking.”
The music mogul is facing charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution in a September indictment. He pleaded not guilty.
The indictment centers around what prosecutors describe as “freak offs,” which are alleged “elaborate and produced sex performances” involving women who were allegedly coerced or forced into participating along with male sex workers.
Prosecutors also referenced surveillance video from a Los Angeles hotel that appeared to show Combs assaulting Ventura in 2016 in the indictment.
Potential Juror Was Scrapped Because She Thinks Diddy Can ‘Buy His Way Out of Jail’

Ventura is set to testify under her own name and was one of several celebrities potential jurors were asked about during jury selection.
Potential jurors were also asked about other celebrities including Kanye West, Michael B. Jordan, Mike Myers, and Kid Cudi, though that does not mean they will be called to testify.
Sources confirmed to PEOPLE that Jordan will not be called to testify, but his name was mentioned to because of a brief “flirtatious relationship” with Ventura she referenced in a lawsuit against Combs.
Ventura’s 2023 lawsuit against Combs set off a wave of other lawsuits filed by dozens of plaintiffs accusing the mogul of abuse.
Ventura’s suit was settled the day after it was filed. Combs has consistently denied allegations of sexual misconduct.
Combs, who since his arrest now sports a head of gray hair, could face up to life in prison if convicted.
