Things are looking good for Connor McDavid and his wife, Lauren Kyle McDavid. Connor McDavid and the Edmonton Oilers are on a four-game win streak after defeating the Minnesota Wild at home on Thursday to the tune of a 7-1 score.
Lauren McDavid, on the other hand, has just finally launched an Oilers-inspired clothing line via her apparel company, Sports Club Atelier.
“My inspiration was really drawn from collegiate sportswear,” Lauren McDavid shared in an interview with the Oilers about her newest venture. “Just the spirit and the aesthetic and history behind collegiate sportswear.”
“PROUD OF YOU,” the Oilers center wrote in a post he shared via his official Instagram account on Friday.
It also seems that there will be more to come from Lauren and Sports Club Atelier when it comes to Oilers-themed items.
“The next collection, we’re hoping to drop before playoffs and that will have an entirely different line of items,” Lauren McDavid added. “Edmonton, I mean, we have such a rich history of hockey here and such an amazing fan viewership.”
Speaking of the playoffs, the Oilers’ hot stretch of late has benefited their odds of playing in the postseason. As of Friday, MoneyPuck.com has Edmonton’s chances to make the 2025 NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs at 95.7 percent.
