Ex-South Carolina star Aliyah Boston sends nostalgic message for Te-Hina Paopao and Bree Hall’s graduation day.

Aliyah Boston will forever be a part of the South Carolina Gamecocks family. The Indiana Fever star proved that on Monday, showing love to Te-Hina Paopao and Bree Hall on her Instagram story. She posted a graduation picture of the two and sent a nostalgic message for them on their special day.

“Where has the time gone?” Boston wrote.
The Gamecocks’ Instagram page initially posted Hall and Paopao’s graduation photo. Boston then shared it on her story for her 326K followers. Boston and Hall waged countless battles together during their time with the Gamecocks.
Boston took her under her wings when Hall joined South Carolina in 2021. They helped the Gamecocks capture their second NCAA title in the 2021-22 season, finishing the campaign with a 35-2 record and defeated the UConn Huskies 64-49 in the championship game.

Boston and Paopao didn’t get a chance to play together. Boston entered the WNBA in 2023, with the Indiana Fever selecting her with the No. 1 overall pick. Paopao joined Dawn Staley’s team as a transfer from Oregon that same year, playing two seasons with the Gamecocks after Boston’s departure.
Aliyah Boston, Te-Hina Paopao and Bree Hall continue to shine in their basketball careers
This season, Te-Hina Paopao and Bree Hall play key roles for the Gamecocks, who aim to win their fourth NCAA title. Paopao has been a vital cog for South Carolina, averaging 11.6 ppg to lead the team in scoring. She has also been efficient on the offensive end, shooting 50.0%, including 45.5% from beyond the arc.

Hall is one of Staley’s trusted starters, averaging 6.7 ppg and 2.5 rpg through 11 games. Paopao and Hall combined for 19 points in South Carolina’s 78-62 win over the South Florida Bulls on Sunday.
Aliyah Boston flourished in her sophomore year with the Fever, averaging 14.0 ppg and 8.9 rpg in the regular season. She helped Indiana reach the playoffs and recorded 16.5 ppg, 15.0 rpg and 2.0 bpg in the postseason.
