Lexie Hull is the latest Indiana Fever star to fall prey to an injury.

Luckily for the team, she’ll be fine to continue playing, but she might have to endure a bunch of stares from people just based on how she looks.

On Tuesday night against the Seattle Storm, the Indiana Fever guard showed off her gritty defense, blue-collar mentality, and willingness to sacrifice her body on the court when Hull collided with Storm forward Gabby Williams in a battle for position.

The clash happened in the first quarter after Storm guard Skylar Diggins fumbled her grip on the ball, and Hull turned and dove for possession.

Unfortunately for Lexie Hull, Williams, with the same plan of attack, also launched in the ball’s direction and the two ran into each other head-on in a major collision that left both players laid out on the court.

Hull and Williams were both sent to the locker rooms to get assessed for head injuries. Both would eventually return.

However, Hull, who has been known to show off her body in a bikini in her free time, looked different. She had a massive knot on her head.

Lexie Hull has shared the lasting effects of a head injury suffered earlier this week, revealing extensive bruising around both eyes.

In a TikTok video posted Thursday, Hull pulled down her sunglasses to show fans the extent of the damage as she said, “Really funny you ask that, because it’s not doing great. I wish this was a filter.”

While the swelling on her forehead has since reduced, Hull has developed massive black eyes that will last for days.

The incident occurred in the first quarter when the guard knocked heads with Seattle’s Gabby Williams.

Hull got the worst of it.

“I knew it was going to be big. It was literally sticking out,” Hull told IndyStar. “It’s still big right here, but it was bigger and I could see it.”
