The Indiana Fever social media team on Tuesday posted a 13-minute video showcasing Caitlin Clark’s offseason training, featuring her dribbling and shooting drills with the new coaching staff under Stephanie White.
Although Clark isn’t playing professional basketball this offseason, she has stayed active off the court, participating in activities like golf and leadership seminars. Still, she has kept her focus on maintaining her Rookie of the Year form by continuing her training.

Controversy follows Caitlin Clark into the offseason
Since joining the WNBA, Caitlin Clark has drawn significant attention, which has led to record-high viewership and attendance for the league. Throughout her rookie year, she faced rivalry with fellow rookie Angel Reese and received scrutiny from veteran players.
Clark’s rookie season was historic. She earned First Team All-WNBA honors, won Rookie of the Year and set new records for assists and 3-point shooting.
She was named TIME Athlete of the Year, and in her feature story, Clark shared how she’s learned to tune out criticism.
“I have a great skill of just blocking it out. I don’t care what people say about me,” she said.
Despite this resilience, Clark voiced her frustration with being portrayed as controversial.
“I tell people I feel like the most controversial person,” Clark said. “But I am not. It’s just because of all the storylines that surround me. I literally try to live and treat everybody in the same exact respectful, kind way. It just confuses me at times.”
In the same feature, Clark also expressed admiration for Black athletes who have inspired her, a sentiment that has also sparked some criticism.
