The UConn superstar has a new sponsorship deal before the 2024-25 season.

Paige Bueckers has a new look heading into her final season with the UConn Huskies.

The college basketball superstar has switched her hair color from blonde to pink as part of a new sponsorship deal with hair care brand Madison Reed.

“Blessed to partner with @madisonreed as a Brand Ambassador and share how ColorWonder lets me have fun with my hair color,” Bueckers wrote on Instagram. “Madison Reed is a company whose values align with mine, and I’m proud to get behind their mission of empowering and creating opportunities for women with @amyerrett.”

Take a look at Buecker’s post here:

Bueckers’ deal is part of a larger, multi-million dollar agreement made between Madison Reed and UConn. The company will take over naming rights for UConn’s Gampel Pavilion and Hartford’s XL Center for the next three years as part of the deal.

“For us, it’s holistic,” CEO Amy Errett said. “We’re trying to set them up to run businesses later on if they choose to and we’re saying our success at Madison Reed translates through your equity being worth more money.”

“I’ve been a proud wearer of hair color since I was in eighth grade,” Bueckers said of the partnership, via CNBC. “I just hope it inspires kids and inspires other people to just not be afraid, to be yourself, express yourself in different ways.”
