General Hospital viewers have been watching and waiting â patiently â not only to find out who is holding Britt at the fancy schmancy Five Poppies Resort (could it be a blast from the past?) but for her and Jason to come face to face. Sure, Jason got his first glimpse at his former lover at the airport but heâs been struggling with what to do with the back-from-the-dead sighting.
Yesterday, in the August 5 episode, Jason appeared to have made a decision after having a chat with Sonny, who reminded him that even if Britt did survive âThe Hook,â it was no secret that she hadnât wanted anyone to watch her die â thatâs why she had been planning to leave Port Charles in the first place.
Though Jason planned to respect Brittâs decision, and leave her âdead,â Sonny couldnât help but wonder how Britt would feel knowing that Jason had come back from the dead tooâŠ

Jason tells Sonny about BRitt GH
As viewers well know, in soaps, not everyone stays dead and Jason and Britt fans are going to get the reunion theyâve been waiting for.
Soap Opera Digest talked to the ABC soapâs headwriters, Chris Van Etten and Elizabeth Korte, who previewed whatâs ahead â and how Jasonâs actions going forth will impact others. Another tidbit to note from yesterdayâs episodeâŠ
Anna had an ah-ha moment after learning that the logo Jason saw on Brittâs bag was from a resort in Dalmatia â and she could very well be the âthird partyâ who urges Jason to seek Britt out.
Annaâs shocked GH
However, as the headwriters teased, âWhat Jason doesnât know is that confronting Britt may put other people in danger â one person, in particular, who is very close to him.â
So, while weâll have to wait to see how this story unfolds, we would love to hear what you think will happen. Post your ideas in the comment section.
