Simone Biles | Her NEW Multi-Million Texas Dream Home | House Tour 2024 UPDATE.
Inside Simone Biles’s Texas Dream Home
The legendary gymnast’s next challenge is her home renovation.
NAOMI BAKER//GETTY IMAGESWe might be halfway through the 2024 Olympics, but the Paris Games have been all about Simone Biles. The American gymnast has just walked (or flipped, if you will) away with her third gold medal. Biles might’ve dominated the Paris Games, but what’s next for the legendary athlete? Well, she might be living out her HGTV dreams in Texas.

Biles revealed that she broke ground on building a brand-new home on a lakefront property in the Lone Star state back in 2023. Naturally, her 10.6 million followers are hoping this project turns into something more. “Please tell me you all are recording this,” one fan wrote. Another wrote, “I need a whole HGTV show for this!”
While no show has been confirmed (yet), Biles has given us behind-the-scenes looks at the status of her home on Instagram. The double-height ceiling and penchant for neutrals prove that this home is going to be as epic as her floor routines. But is that too surprising? After all, Biles reportedly has a net worth of $20 million, so we’re pretty sure this property will be a gold-medal home.
Biles could live anywhere—her husband currently plays for the Chicago Bears—so Texas might be a little surprising to some. However, the gymnast’s heart remains in the Lone Star State. Though Biles was born in Ohio, the gymnast has spent a lot of time in Texas—and even purchased a traditional brick home and contemporary ranch-style residence in 2018 and 2020, respectively. In fact, eagle-eyed viewers can spot glimpses of her contemporary home’s kitchen and living room in her Netflix show, Simone Biles Rising.
Husband Jonathan Owens also reportedly has owned property in his hometown of St. Louis and Green Bay, where he used to play football. However, once they put the finishing touches on their new build, Biles and Owens may very well have the keys to their forever home.
