The Entire Internet Is Tripping Out Over Astronomer HR Boss Kristin Cabot’s First Tweet & Plea For Help

Social media had plenty of hysterical reactions to an obviously fake post by an X/Twitter account posing as former Astronomer Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot.

On Wednesday night, the Gillette Stadium “kiss cam” exposed Kristin Cabot and Astronomer CEO Andy Byron having an affair during the Coldplay concert. The reactions from Cabot and Byron said it all, too:

The moment was especially cringeworthy because both are married. Byron has two kids with his wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron, and Kristin is apparently married to Privateer Rum CEO Andrew Cabot.

Somebody created an X account where they posed as Kristin Cabot. The user wrote, “Please stop 🙏,” in a tweet that has quickly gone viral:

As you would expect, social media had a plethora of hysterical reactions to the post:
“Sometimes bad things happen to good people. Learn from this and move on,” a user wrote.

“Perhaps it’s you who should please stop,” said another.

“Couldn’t you just rent a room,” asked a user.

“You should have never started…,” said another.

“😂 you must be new to the internets,” wrote a user.

“Actions, meet consequences 🤝,” another commented.

Cabot was previously married to Kenneth Thornby, though they divorced in 2022. She was hired by Astronomer in November of last year, while Byron had been hired in July 2023.

Kristin Cabot Was Placed On Leave By Astronomer

Astronomer announced on Friday that both Cabot and Byron were placed on leave, though the latter submitted his resignation on Saturday. Cabot’s future with the company remains unclear at this time.
