Unrivaled League’s INSANE Offer to Caitlin Clark… But Is It TOO Late!? Here’s How CC Responds!
Unrivaled league NEEDS Caitlin Clark and they are prepared to offer her a MASSIVE deal.
But is it too little to late? It was reported today that Caitlin Clark could receive a “Lionel Messi” like deal to play in the Unrivaled league amid their new TV deal.
Naphessa Collier commented on Caitlin’s popularity, and how her $75k salary is nowhere near representative of the impact she’s made on women’s basketball.
Should Caitlin Clark take the Unrivaled deal, or did they miss the opportunity? Let me know in the comments!
Caitlin Clark hits the practice courts amid claims she’s in line for massive offer to join Unrivaled league
In the month since Caitlin Clark‘s rookie season in the WNBA ended, she has kept a relatively low profile, that was until Wednesday when the Fever posted a video of her on-court workout on Wednesday.
The timing of the video is peculiar as a report surfaced hours earlier that the Unrivaled basketball league is prepping to make Clark a ”Lionel Messi-like’ offer to join the fold.
The venture, which begins in January, was co-founded by WNBA stars Breanna Stewart and Napheesa Collier.
Unrivaled will feature 30 of the best in women’s basketball, with stars like Brittney Griner and Kahleah Copper already signing with the upstart group.
Unrivaled is now putting on the ‘full-court press’ to have Clark take one of the four open spots in the league, per Front Office Sports.

Caitlin Clark Unrivaled offer ‘to copy Lionel Messi’s huge $150million Inter Miami deal’
‘I feel like I’m just scratching the surface. I feel like there’s just so many areas that I want to improve in and continue to get in the gym and work on that every single day,’ Clark said in the video.
Clark has been at the forefront of the rise in popularity of women’s basketball and could be seen as integral to help interest in Unrivaled.
The World Cup winner joined Inter Miami last summer in a $150million deal that included ownership opportunities and involved Apple and Adidas, too.
According to FOS, Clark could be offered more than $1million for less than three months’ work, as well as equity and even revenue-sharing incentives, too.
The hope is that Clark would help Unrivaled attract new fans and improve ticket sales, TV audiences and advertising opportunities.
Clark was paid a base salary of just $76,535 for her rookie season in the WNBA, after she was selected first overall in the draft.
Last week, Unrivaled reached an exclusive, multi-year agreement with TNT Sports for broadcast rights, with games also set to appear on TruTV. All games will also be streamed on Max.
