VIDEO: The Entire Internet Is Talking About The South Carolina Gamecocks’ Wild Pregame Warmup

While most of the attention has been on Caitlin Clark and the Iowa Hawkeyes heading into today’s NCAA Women’s national championship game, it’s clear that the South Carolina Gamecocks should not be ignored. After all, how can you possibly ignore a team that hasn’t lost a single game all season?

The Gamecocks don’t seem to mind playing second-fiddle in this match-up.

Prior to the game at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, the women looked loose and ready to go as they got each other hyped up, led by their superstar guard, Raven Johnson.

In the video, Raven can be seen snapping some fake photos of teammate Bree Hall before starting up a dance circle with the other girls.

Raven and the ladies will look to carry that energy over into the game. And they’re going to need it if they want to avoid having Caitlin Clark and the Iowa Hawkeyes hand them their first loss of the year.

Can The South Carolina Gamecocks Complete The Perfect Season?

The Hawkeyes have been getting all of the attention thanks to Caitlin Clark’s star power, but it’s the Gamecocks that entered today’s game as favorites. And they deserve it.

Coming into the game, no one has been able to challenge this South Carolina Gamecocks team.

They have run over the competition thus far, winning by an average of over 26 points in their five games en route to the national title game.

There have only been nine undefeated national champions in women’s college basketball history.

The last one was in 2015-16, when the UConn Huskies went 38-0. In fact, UConn owns six of the nine undefeated seasons.

The Gamecocks can join the list for the first time with a victory over Iowa today.
