WNBA star Chennedy Carter, who shoved Caitlin Clark, SLAMS NBA 2K25 over her video game appearance: ‘They wrong for this’

The impending release of NBA 2K25 is set to drop for video gamers around the world in over a week’s time, but not everyone is happy with the game.

Like other years, the WNBA will have all of its teams as playable options – with all the players in the game as well.

But one star in the league isn’t too happy with the way that her video game likeness appears and took to social media to say something about it.

Chicago Sky guard Chennedy Carter took an image from the game and put it next to one of herself in real life and posted it to her Instagram story.

‘They wrong for this,’ Carter said in her post.

Carter became well-known earlier this season for a hard foul on Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark.

The foul drew condemnation for being ‘too rough’ – with Carter’s coach saying that it was ‘not appropriate’

Recently, Carter missed the Sky’s game against the Washington Mystics after potentially contracting Covid.

A number of players on the team reported being sick and some were told to wear masks to the team’s practice facility.

‘We’re testing for COVID-19 and speaking with our doctors to hear what they would suggest progression-wise,’ Sky general manager Jeff Pagliocca told the Chicago Sun-Times on Tuesday.

Chicago is back in action on Friday for a rematch with Clark and the Indiana Fever.
