🚨Breaking:Diana Taurasi & Cheryl Reeve Just Made It CLEAR Caitlin Clark Is Not Going To PARIS‼️
Team USA coach Cheryl Reeve couldn’t care less about Caitlin Clark fans as Minnesota Lynx lose in front of sellout crowd
As it stands, Caitlin Clark will not be on the Team USA women’s basketball roster when the Paris Olympics begin later this month. But on Sunday, the Indiana Fever star got a chance to show the U.S. coach what she was missing when she went to a sold-out Target Center to play against Cheryl Reeve and the Minnesota Lynx.

Reeve is, of course, the head coach of Team USA basketball. While that story is worth a story in itself, playing in Minnesota gave Iowa basketball fans a better chance to see the former Hawkeyes superstar in person, so it makes sense that the stadium was packed. As expected, not all fans were there to see the home team; they wanted to see Clark.
Although the Lynx lost 81-74, Clark gave the fans what they came for, even if it wasn’t her best night. Clark shot just 5 of 17 from the floor, while making 2 of 11 3-point shots for 17 points, six assists, three rebounds and two steals. Still, as mentioned, the Fever prevailed to go 11-14 on the season against a 16-8 Lynx team playing without star Napheesa Collier.
As the final moments drew to a close, Clark Lynx head coach Cheryl Reeve appeared to be staring at him in a moment that could be interpreted as revenge for not making the Team USA roster.
Cheryl Reeve doesn’t give a damn that fans want to see Caitlin Clark
When Reeve was asked after the game how her Lynx didn’t have home-field advantage because of the Clark-friendly crowd, the Team USA coach had a pointed response.
“I don’t give a s—s. Not even a s–t.”

It doesn’t get much better than that. Clark had the last laugh today, but if Team USA makes it to the Paris Olympics, she’ll be stuck watching from home. But chances are Clark will find a gym and get back to work as she tries to get through a challenging but promising rookie season.
