Indiana Fever superstar guard Caitlin Clark will be on everyone’s television for the upcoming 2025 WNBA season.
Clark and the Fever will have 41 of their 44 games featured on national television broadcasts or streams throughout the 2025 season. Clark took over the basketball world two seasons ago when she was a member of the Iowa Hawkeyes.
Her success and fame translated over to the WNBA, which has grown the sport like no other. Clark led her team to a 20-20 record and a playoff berth. Unfortunately, it ended abruptly in the first round; nonetheless, it was a success in terms of growing the women’s game.
It will only get better with Clark continuing to lead the way.

Last season, the Fever played 36 of their 40 games on national television. The WNBA is expanding its games this season, and it comes as no surprise.
Six different WNBA television partners set viewership records for their highest WNBA games, all of which were Fever games. The 2024 season was arguably the best ever for the ‘W’. WNBA Commissioner Cathy Engelbert shared her thoughts on the last season and what is to come in 2025.
“The WNBA is coming off a 2024 season in which incredible basketball and countless memorable performances paved the way for the WNBA to deliver a record-breaking season,” Engelbert said. “Now, with so much excitement around the player movement that took place this winter through free agency and trades, the WNBA’s broadcast and streaming partners in 2025 will spotlight the league’s superstars, rising stars, and must-see matchups like never before.”
The number of nationally televised games for the Fever surpassed the number for the defending champion New York Liberty. They only have 32 compared to Clark and her team’s.
WNBA star Napheesa Collier from the Minnesota Lynx spoke on the topic and said she feels Clark and the Fever deserve the recognition.
“They will be a good team, but to not have the defending champions on TV more, I think, is crazy,” Collier said. “You don’t have to take games away from Indiana, but you can raise the level of TV games for other teams as well.”
Clark is a megastar, so it’s only right she and her team get the attention they deserve.
