The South Carolina football family showed once again that its bond extends far beyond the field. On Thursday night, several members of the Gamecocks team and staff made a special trip to visit defensive line coach Travian Robertson, who continues to recover after his recent car accident.
“The guys stopped in to visit Travian Robertson last night,” the program shared, highlighting the strong connection between the coach and his players.
Robertson, a former Gamecock standout and now a key member of Shane Beamer’s coaching staff, was involved in a serious collision on Aug. 22. Since then, updates have trickled out about his recovery process, with Beamer and the university asking for continued thoughts and prayers from the fan base.
