Did DiJonai Carrington of WNBA Dallas Wings just cross a line that the WNBA can’t afford to ignore any longer?
We’re not just talking about tough defense or gritty play—this is a full-blown pattern of dirty moves that now includes one of the wildest fouls the league has seen, and now she is facing a possible permanent ban.
This is the same person that injured Caitlin Clark of WNBA Indiana Fever in last year’s playoffs.

Caitlin Clark was not a fan of refs on Tuesday.
A quick exchange with referee Michael Price during the Fever’s 85-77 win over the Sun on Tuesday night left the Fever’s star outraged.
“That’s just rude. Grow up,” Clark could be seen saying to him.
“Come here. Unbelievable,” she added.
She wasn’t done, as Caitlin Clark would then threaten him and put his job at risk.
“I’m gonna call the league on you,” Clark concluded as she continued to go in on PricThat was just the tail end of the run-ins she had with Price on this night. Clark also needed to be held back during a heated confrontation with WNBA official Mike Price. The incident occurred with 4:33 left in the third quarter as officials went to look at whether the Sun or the Fever had knocked the ball out of bounds following a missed shot.
Clark was seen jawing at Price as she was going back to the bench.
“Are you f—-ing kidding me?” she appeared to say as a Fever assistant dragged her back to the bench.

Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark sustained a groin injury late in Tuesday’s 85-77 road win over the Connecticut Sun.
A right groin injury would mark Clark’s fourth separate muscle injury in the past few months. Clark has been plagued with injuries this season, which is surprising for a player who had never been injured before.
Fever coach Stephanie White confirmed that the Fever training staff was evaluating the right groin.
