Former Iowa Hawkeyes Caitlin Clark and Kate Martin have remained the best of friends since entering the WNBA.
Now the two former roommates are on opposite ends of the country, with Clark in Indiana playing for the Fever and Martin in Las Vegas playing for the Aces.
Although this distance hasn’t kept the two from showing love to one another over social media.
On Monday, Martin made waves with an Instagram post that showed photos of her on the Aces.
“I love my job,” was her caption.
And fans are fawning over Caitlin Clark’s two emotional replies to the post.

“🖤🖤🥹🥹love you,” Clark responded to the post.
And that wasn’t the only comment that Clark left behind.
She also noted the mention of Martin’s mom, Jill, in one of the photos.
“Just here for jilly bean,” Clark said. Clearly “jilly bean” is a nickname that Clark has for Martin’s mother.

It’s always nice to see Clark and Martin reconnecting.
Unfortunately for fans, the two former Iowa Hawkeyes wont face each other on the court again until September 11.
