After a monumentally successful year, the “Anti-Hero” songstress is finishing off 2024 by ringing in her 35th birthday on Friday, Dec. 13—and Parade is keeping up with all of Taylor’s birthday festivities to commemorate the special milestone.

How Taylor Spent Her “Birthday Eve”:

Just one day before her big day, Taylor spent her “birthday eve” giving back to the Kansas City community by showing up at the Children’s Mercy Hospital in Missouri.

During her visit, the “Bejeweled” singer took photos with several of the young patients, gifting them with copies of The Eras Tour Book and personally signing autographs for them.

Members of the hospital staff could even be heard wishing her a happy birthday before she left!

Her Early Birthday Present From the Billboard Music Awards:

Taylor made a surprise video appearance at the 2024 Billboard Music Awards on Thursday, Dec. 12 in a pre-taped acceptance speech that played after she won 10 out of her 16 nominations at this year’s ceremony.

While thanking the fans for helping her become the 2024 Top Artist, Top Streaming Songs Artist, Top Hot 100 Songwriter and more at Thursday’s award show, Taylor told fans, “This is like the nicest early birthday present you could have given me.”

“So, thank you very much. I love it. It’s exactly what I wanted!” she added in the clip.

A Surprise Gift to Her Fans:

Taylor is known for celebrating her own birthday by giving fans a special gift—and so far, this year has been no different.

After last year, when she announced the release of her Eras Tour concert film on demand, Taylor decided to do something subtle, yet very much appreciated by her Swifties this year.

As one user on TikTok figured out, Taylor quietly released new behind-the-scenes footage from several of her music videos on Friday, including “Anti-Hero,” “cardigan,” “Bejeweled,” “Fortnight,” “I Can See You,” Karma” and more.

Of course, Swifties couldn’t let Taylor’s birthday pass by without giving her a special gift. That’s why tons of her fans banded together to raise money for an important cause in honor of the “Cruel Summer” songstress.

On the morning of her birthday, Taylor’s fans pledged to raise $13,000 for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, a sweet way of passing on the generosity Taylor consistently models for her fans.

Many fans donated exactly $13, Taylor’s favorite number, making for the perfect way to celebrate her birthday and her lasting legacy.
