Brittany Mahomes Slams Bullies’ ‘Disgusting’ Comments Targeting Her Husband Patrick

Brittany Mahomes is standing up to bullies looking to take down her husband, Patrick Mahomes.

Following the Kansas City Chiefs winning game on Sunday, securing the team a spot at this year’s Super Bowl against the Philadelphia Eagles, the 29-year-old took time to celebrate before issuing a very to-the-point message about critics’ behavior, especially when it comes to her family.

“Thank you all for your concerns with 15 this season,” she wrote, seemingly referencing the commentary surrounding Patrick’s rough season. “See y’all in New Orleans.”

Brittany, who recently welcomed her third child with the starting quarterback, went on to share a few photos of Patrick and the Chiefs celebrating their Jan. 26 AFC win before doubling down with her comments.

“Do we remember this Buffalo? Absolutely disgusting…” Brittany added in the text overlaying an image that went viral this past fall. The photo showed Kermit the Frog—the Muppets character who haters have said Patrick’s voice reminds them of—hanging from a pole while wearing Patrick’s Chiefs jersey and a brunette wig.

“So as you go home tonight,” the WAG concluded, “I pray we become better people.”

The image initially surfaced in November 2024 before the highly anticipated matchup between the Chiefs and the Buffalo Bills at the New York team’s home stadium, Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, and was criticized by many who thought the “joke” went too far, as Patrick is Black. But the calls comparing Patrick to the fictional puppet date back much further, with the Super Bowl champ even hitting back at the mockery with his own set of jokes.

When asked for his best Kermit impression last February, he said: “I’m talking right now, that’s it.”
