Brittany and Patrick Mahomes wanted to get away from it all for a little bit — but the NFL power couple understands that wherever they go, attention and intrigue are certain to follow.

Take the Mahomes’ recent family vacation with children Bronze and Sterling, for example. The family of four went to Europe, and many have speculated that they intend to catch a couple of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour shows while they’re there. But the Mahomes are finding plenty of time for family activities — and a recent zoo trip brought quite the surprise for little Bronze.

An unexpected “complication”

While enjoying a day at the zoo, Brittany posed with Bronze in front of a tiger exhibit. The mother of two appeared delighted when one tiger stepped in for a “photobomb” and was probably even more surprised at what happened next.

Suddenly, a second tiger appeared and began to play-fight with the first one. Brittany held out an arm to draw the attention of the photographer — almost certainly Patrick — to snap this unique moment.

A day at the zoo is always special for young children, but if these Instagram Stories uploads are any indication, Brittany has proven she has an abundance of that youthful energy herself. In that sense, she really is the perfect match for Patrick — who has won three Super Bowl titles with the Kansas City Chiefs before his 30th birthday and figures to win some more before his career ends.
