Jason Kelce Issues Clear Christmas Notice After Travis Kelce Announced Plans to Watch Santa on MNF

‘Tis the season to be jolly! Christmas is almost here, and so is the festive cheer. While we sip hot chocolate wrapped up in cozy, comfy blankets, that’s not the case for those in the NFL. With the season in its final phase, players are grinding harder than ever on the gridiron. Along with players, sportscasters, NFL analysts, and hosts, everyone is busy with their NFL duties. But Jason Kelce, who is now a regular on ESPN’s Monday Night Football Countdown, found a way to embrace his Christmas spirit.
The former Eagles player, along with his ESPN crew, turned into Santa for Christmas. He’s already arrived at Lambeau Field, the host of the week 16 game between the Packers and Saints. Kelce’s co-host on ESPN, Scott Van Pelt, took to his X handle to post a picture of the crew dressed as Santa and elves. Sharing a sneak peek of what ESPN had in store, he wrote, “Coming up on MNCD…” And if you know Jason, his fun-loving yet no-nonsense persona is always a highlight. Jason kept the holiday spirit alive with a lighthearted statement, reposting Pelt’s post, “SVP looked too good in the elf outfit. Buddy don’t hold a candle to Scott!!”
While fans loved Jason Kelce’s look as Santa, it’s Scott who stole all the limelight with his ‘elf’ outfit. Van Pelt dressed as an elf was never on somebody’s card. But honestly, the 58-year-old looked so cool, rocking his bright green and yellow elf outfit with his glasses and brown shoes. The matching hat is the cherry on top, and the snowfall in the background completes the Christmas vibe. Honestly, whoever at ESPN came up with this idea deserves a raise.
The internet can’t seem to get enough of their favorite hosts dressed up as Santa and elves. While the Monday Night Football audience is excited to see what the channel has cooked up for them, Jason Kelce’s little brother, Travis, can’t wait to see his brother dressed as Santa.

While Travis Kelce will be busy with his NFL duties on Christmas. The Chiefs star does have some plans for the holiday as well. After all, it’s the festive season, and everyone deserves a little fun. A little fun harms nobody. The Chiefs TE is excited to watch his big brother in Santa attire, and we get his excitement. Rocking the bright red suit with black boots, Jason looked like the cutest Santa ever. Expressing his excitement for the upcoming Monday Night Football episode, Travis replied to Van Pelt’s post, “(laughing emojis) let’s gooo!! gonna have to tune in for this one!“

While the Chiefs player might not be able to catch his brother live, as he’s most likely gearing up for the Steelers game, maybe he can catch it after the game or on New Heights with Jason & Travis Kelce. And now that Jason’s sweetheart, Kylie Kelce, is back on the podcast too, it’s going to be triple the fun. The Kelce family can catch up with each other. The Kelce brothers have announced they’re dropping a new podcast on Christmas with Kylie. Dropping an announcement on the X, it said, “You’ll… actually love… this episode. SCHEDULE REMINDER: The Christmas with Kylie Episode is dropping tomorrow, Christmas Eve, at the usual time (6:30am PT/9:30am ET).”
For Chiefs and Kelce fans, it’s going to be a whole lot of fun. First, Jason Kelce dressed as Santa on Monday Night Football, then watching Travis Kelce take on the Steelers, and finally, a podcast with the Kelce family.
