Patrick Mahomes doesn’t plan on adding any more kids to his roster after his wife Brittany Mahomes delivers baby No. 3!
Speaking to reporters at a training camp press conference on Tuesday, July 16, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, 28, joked that although he is happy to soon be welcoming another child, he doesn’t need any after that.
“I’m done. I’ll say that,” Patrick said while laughing when asked how he plans to manage his business deals and beyond with a baby on the way.
“I said three and I’m done,” the 2024 Super Bowl champion added as laughter was heard from reporters off camera.

Patrick and his wife, also 28, are already parents to daughter Sterling Skye, 3, and son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, 18 months. On July 12, the couple announced that a third child was on the way.
“Round three, here we come 🤍,” the husband and wife captioned a joint video announcement via Instagram.

After joining in with their laughter at Tuesday’s press conference, Patrick referred to fatherhood as “awesome.”
“I always wanted to have kids young,” he confessed. “I got to grow up in the locker room, I think I’ve talked about it before — it made such an impact in my life, so I wanted to have kids young.”

Patrick added that Brittany “does a great job” of being a wife and a mother.
“We still go out and enjoy our life and let our kids see these great things,” Patrick said, adding that even though Sterling and Bronze “might not be able to remember” there will still be video footage of their adventures together.

“It is really cool ‘cause I spend so much time in the building at football for these eight, seven months, and whenever I’m with my family, I wanna enjoy those moments,” he said.
Patrick and the Sports Illustrated model recently spent several weeks of their summer traveling Europe with their children. The family’s vacation coincided with the NFL offseason, giving the Mahomes the opportunity to spend some quality time abroad.

Stops along the way included Portugal, Milan, Italy and more. The couple, who were high school sweethearts and tied the knot in 2022, also vacationed in England, where they attended the Wimbledon Tennis Championship.
On Monday, July 15, Brittany shared pictures from a double date with herself and her husband, joined by his Kansas City Chief teammate Travis Kelce and his girlfriend Taylor Swift.
“London & Amsterdam, a time was had🤍,” she captioned the social media post.

The Kansas City Current co-owner previously attended the 34-year-old pop star’s concert in Amsterdam on July 6 — but now, the Mahomes are back stateside.
