Patrick Mahomes’ Guest Makes Daughter and Son Cry as Brittany Laughs Up Sterling and Bronze’s Misery
Patrick Mahomes and Brittany know how to throw a party, especially when it involves their little ones. And recently, they had a reason to celebrate as their firstborn turned four on February 20. That’s right, little Sterling is growing up so fast! She’s already a big sister to Bronze and Golden, and she’s doing it so well. Oh, and not to mention her baking skills. Sterling keeps everyone’s sweet cravings in the house satisfied by baking sweet treats for the family often.
But Sterling is still a little child. And her reaction to seeing some of the guests at her birthday party is proof that even she can’t always be the big, brave sister. So, here’s a sweet but funny moment from Sterling’s fourth birthday, shared by mom Brittany. On her special day, Sterling had one request -she wanted Bingo and Bluey to come to her party. And when your dad is a star QB, he can make just about anything happen. Patrick made sure his daughter’s request was met. Finally, Bingo and Bluey did show up at little Sterling’s birthday party.
But it turned out Sterling wasn’t so thrilled to see her favorite cartoon characters in real life. It seems the kids weren’t exactly ready for Bingo and Bluey to be such big. The moment those giant mascots appeared, the kids went from excited to terrified! Mom Brittany couldn’t help but share the moment on IG with fans. “Ster said she wanted Bingo and Bluey for her party…,” she wrote over a picture showing Minnie Mouse, Bingo, and Bluey all together, ready to surprise Sterling.
But the very next picture told a different story. The Sports Illustrated model shared the kids’ honest reactions—Sterling clung to Brittany for dear life, while Bronze buried his face in Patrick’s arms, both terrified of the life-sized cartoons. The kids were probably wondering, How did they get so big? “Resulted in this… (laughing emojis),” Brittany captioned the photo, as she couldn’t help but laugh at the situation.

Sterling might have been scared for a few minutes, but her parents threw her the best birthday ever -an extravagant pink flamingo-themed party that looked as dreamy as anything. It had everything a kid could want, from sweet treats to fun toys, slides, and ball pits. Everyone saw Sterling having the time of her life, playing in the ball pit and enjoying donuts afterward. She donned a beautiful flamingo-printed dress with a pink bow in her hair. Bronze was also having a great time, playfully fighting with a toy sword alongside dad Patrick Mahomes. The Mahomes clan truly serves family goals.
On Saturday, Brittany dropped a sweet video of Sterling’s party on her IG, and it’s the kind of video that will make you go ‘Aww!’ The clip captures some of the most heartwarming moments from the Mahomes family’s celebration. From Sterling entering the party while holding dad Patrick’s hand to him lifting her in his arms, looking overwhelmed, probably thinking about the first time he ever held little Sterling in his arms.

Brittany also shared a sweet post for her firstborn, and her caption reflected all her emotions. “Sterling Skye is 4! The sweetest, most kind little girl ever! I thank God every day for choosing me to be your mom. You have taught me so much about life and what matters most, and I truly am so thankful you made me a mama,” read part of it.
Anyway, the good thing is that even after the little jump scare, the Mahomes kids had a whole lot of fun at the birthday party. And that’s all that matters.
