“The best thing to do is to get out of that psychological red zone when we’re in a fight or flight state. So the best way to do that is to take a deep breath, inhale, and then exhale twice as much,” shared Dr. Lombardo. “That will get your brain back into that frontal lobe, rational thinking. So they can make a very powerful and effective decision,” she added.
