Taylor Swift’s music can be infectious and Caitlin Clark is obviously a big fan. The Indiana Fever superstar was spotted exchanging friendship bracelets with Swifties before the Eras Tour concert on Nov. 2 at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

Swift is performing three straight nights at the venue and attending the opening show on Friday night wasn’t enough for the WNBA Rookie of the Year. Fans would have been thrilled to see Clark return on Saturday for the second concert, and some fans were lucky enough to get a friendship bracelet from the Fever point guard.

Friendship bracelets have become a popular trend at Taylor Swift concerts over the last couple of years. Swifties around the globe make colorful bracelets, usually using beads, with the intention of swapping them at Swift’s concerts.

Swift’s Eras Tour has been a huge hit in Indianapolis with fans from around the nation flocking to Indiana for the concerts. On the opening night, the American singer-songwriter revealed that the massive turnout broke an attendance record for a concert at the Lucas Oil Stadium. A reported 69,000 tickets were sold for Friday’s show.

Caitlin Clark knows a thing or two about record-breaking numbers. The Iowa native has been sensational since making her professional debut in May and has gone on to set several records on the court. Arguably the most notable one was the WNBA’s all-time single-season assists record.

Off the court, Clark has also done a great deal to grow the women’s game and the Indiana Fever ranked first in attendance figures in 2024 among all WNBA teams. Viewership ratings have also skyrocketed since she entered the league. 23 WNBA games recorded an average viewership of over one million. Clark, who is one of the most popular players in the league, featured in 20 of those 23 games.

From a basketball standpoint, it has been an incredible 18-month period for Caitlin Clark, who has elevated herself to the highest levels of women’s basketball. The Fever’s rising star is also making waves off the court.

Last week, Clark appeared on the cover of Time Magazine’s Inspiring Women edition. The cover features some of the world’s most influential women including singer Taylor Swift, legendary tennis player Serena Williams, and actresses Halle Berry and Jane Fonda.

At just 22 years old, Clark has already had an incredible impact on the women’s game. Her exceptional abilities have drawn in a new group of fans to the league, and she continues to help grow women’s basketball on an international level.
