Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes are set to open a STEAKHOUSE in Kansas City #traviskelce #patrick

Super Bowl-winning Kansas City Chiefs stars Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce are venturing beyond the gridiron to bring a new luxury dining experience to their beloved city.

The dynamic duo, known for their impressive teamwork on the field, are linking up to launch 1587 Prime, a high-end American steakhouse set to open in downtown Kansas City in 2025.

The two-story, 10,000-square-foot restaurant will be housed inside the Louise Hotel and is named in tribute to the stars’ jersey numbers: 15 for Mahomes and 87 for Kelce.

The steakhouse promises to offer a unique dining experience, with Mahomes and Kelce deeply involved in its concept development alongside business partners Noble 33, a renowned hospitality group.

This is not the first time the Chiefs’ quarterback and tight end have collaborated off the field. Previously, Mahomes and Kelce teamed up to invest in Kansas City’s popular Chicken N Pickle, a food and entertainment complex. Their latest project, 1587 Prime, represents an even bolder step into the restaurant industry.

According to entrepreneur Dosh Burman, who works closely with Noble 33, the NFL stars have contributed a number of creative ideas for the steakhouse, including subtle nods to their impressive football careers. The duo, both frequent visitors to Noble 33 restaurants in other cities, wanted to bring the upscale experience back home to Kansas City.

“Travis and I have become frequent visitors of Noble 33 restaurants in other cities, so it only made sense to bring something special to our own community in Kansas City,” Mahomes said in a statement. Kelce echoed the sentiment, expressing his excitement about the project. “We’re excited to be a part of this journey with Noble 33 to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience, and what better place to start than our very own Kansas City.”

1587 Prime is expected to be a premier dining destination, adding to Kansas City’s growing food scene and giving fans yet another reason to celebrate their hometown heroes, both on and off the field.

The steakhouse will feature a sophisticated yet welcoming ambiance, with a menu designed to showcase high-quality steaks, locally sourced ingredients, and innovative culinary techniques. It’s slated to be a must-visit for both locals and tourists alike when it opens its doors in 2025.
