“Welcome to adulthood, it comes with higher credit card limits, bigger bills, and no curfew…”
Tom Brady is taking a moment to mark a major milestone for his eldest son Jack. In honor of Jack’s 18th birthday, the former quarterback took to Instagram to share a sweet tribute to his son as he reached “adulthood.”

“From little steps to big dreams, happy birthday Jack,” he wrote. “You’ve always shown grace, courage, love and kindness since God blessed us with your arrival. I’m so proud of the man you are! Welcome to adulthood, it comes with higher credit card limits, bigger bills, and no curfew…OK maybe not all at once!”
He went on: “There is a saying that a dad’s heart soars with his children’s happiness, not with his own…truer words could not be spoken. We love you so much and I know this will be your best year yet.”
Alongside the tribute, Brady shared a series of rare throwback pictures with his son—the pair were pictured playing sports, hanging out on a boat, traveling, and enjoying an outdoor dinner.
Just a few days ago, Jack reached another major milestone by surpassing his father in height.
Brady shares Jack with his ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan, whom he dated for around two years in the early 2000s. Jack is the eldest of Brady’s three children—he also co-parents son Benjamin and daughter Vivian with ex-wife Gisele Bündchen, who recently welcomed her third child with boyfriend Joaquim Valente.
It seems that Jack has followed in his father’s footsteps and is a budding sportsman himself. “I love watching him play quarterback because I think there’s very few things in life that I could probably help him with,” Brady said of Jack in a recent podcast. “You know, I don’t have a lot of specialties in life other than probably throwing the football.”
